Peach, Ginger, and Almond Crumble Rem, Sor Bee Owe Ingredients Peach Filling Crumble Topping 900 g firm but ripe peaches or nectarines 1 cup Farm Boy™ Organic Large Flake Oats pitted, peeled (optional), and sliced ie (about 5 cups) ¥2 cup Farm Boy™ Almond Flour 2 Tbsp peeled and julienned ginger ue cUp Packed browns dey re fs 2 Thsp Farm Boy™ Cornstarch % cup Farm Boy™ Blanched Slivered Almonds % cup Farm Boy™ Pure Ontario Ya tsp salt lee Liquid Honey or more to taste 1/3 cup Farm Boy™ Organic Plain Greek Yogurt 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract Y% cup melted butter pinch salt pinch Farm Boy™ Organic Ground Cinnamon Farm Boy™ Ice Cream for serving Directions 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 For the peach filling: In a large bowl, combine peaches, ginger, Cornstarch, Pure Ontario Liquid Honey, Organic Ground Cinnamon, vanilla or almond extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and pour onto a 9” square or round baking dish. 3 For the crumble topping: Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, place Organic Large Flake Oats, Almond Flour, brown sugar, Blanched Slivered Almonds, salt, Organic Plain Greek Yogurt, melted butter, and Organic Ground Cinnamon. Mix to make sure everything is combined. 4 Dollop topping over peaches and spread to coat evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until juices are bubbly and topping is golden brown.
