Kale and Broccoli Salad Ra Saws Ingredients 8 cups torn kale, stems removed ¥% cup toasted sliced almonds 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil ¥% cup Farm Boy™ Pumpkin Seeds, toasted Pinch salt ¥% cup Farm Boy™ Dried Cranberries, 2% cups broccoli florets, finely chopped golden raisins, or chopped dried apricots Farm Boy™ Cranberry Orange Dressing 1 cUp Crate or Farm Boy™ Apple Cider Vinaigrette to taste 1 Royal Gala or Granny Smith apple, diced (about 1 cup) % cup Farm Boy™ Canadian Made Crumbled Feta Cheese Ys cup minced red onion Directions 1 Ina large bowl, place kale and drizzle with olive oil and salt. Using your hands, massage kale until it is softer, about 3-4 minutes. 2 Add broccoli, carrot, apple, red onion, sliced almonds, toasted Pumpkin Seeds, and Dried Cranberries.
