DELIVERY OF APPLIANCES: Delivery service is only available within a 50-km radius from the selected participating RONA store. The delivery service includes the levelling and connection of washers, dryers and free-standing ranges, with the exception of gas appliances which must be installed by a certified professional. For every new appliance delivered, RONA offers to haul away an old appliance you personally own and wish to dispose of. We will only haul away one-for-one appliances that are the same type of appliance as the new one delivered and only from the same delivery address. This delivery service only includes those services mentioned herein and exclude, in particular, any carpentry work, plumbing, wall mounting or the installation of gas appliances. You must create a clear and secure path for the delivery personnel. Packing materials and all other appliances will vary depending on the region, the store and the product purchased.
