Line a sided baking sheet with parchment Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste paper. Combine oil, paprika, sage, garlic powder and onion powder 2 tbsp olive oil ina bowl large enough to hold the chicken. Add chicken and toss 1 tsp smoked paprika or regular paprika to coat. Set chicken drumsticks on the baking sheet; season with 3/4 tsp ground sage salt and pepper. Roast drumsticks 40 to 45 minutes, or until cooked. 1/2 tsp each garlic & onion powder Serve the drumsticks with the bacon ranch dip. 412 chicken drumsticks
